During this phase of the repair procedure, we will meticulously identify and label all devices with the appropriate batch number and store ID. Subsequently, we will conduct thorough pre-testing through both software and manual assessments to verify if the reported issue aligns with the description or to identify any additional issues. Following this evaluation, a comprehensive report will be shared with you through either email or WhatsApp. In this phase we also request parts required if we do not have them in stock.

Repairing....

Upon check-in, we allocate the device to a specialized repair technician based on the nature of the job. For soldering tasks, it goes to our soldering technician; for back glass repairs, it's directed to our back glass department, and so forth. With dedicated space and skilled technicians, each repair is meticulously completed and monitored through our internal system.
